Participants
Twenty-eight non-obese participants were recruited from the general community following localities: Melbourne, Queensland, Western Australia, South Wales, Melbourne, Victoria and New South Wales. These were age- and sex-matched control subjects in a prior publication.[7] All participants gave written informed consent according to guidelines approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of The University NSW. All samples were from non-permissive, non-fasted state (fast with lunch for the control subjects and a fast, during which meal is not served) and all were free of any medication or other dieting plan (except the use of diet pills), except in the case of use diuretics or diuretic supplements in the control subjects. study was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of The University NSW and all subjects gave their explicit informed consent.
Experimental protocol
Each of the participants volunteered to take part in the study and gave written confirmation of their eligibility and written assent to participate in the zineryt uk price study. The protocol was initially structured as described above. On the second and third days of the week prior to their trial, participants sat in an MRI research chair facing a standard head-rest resting position. After the study week began, subjects attended the MRI scanning session for each of the subsequent study weeks once per week for 10 minutes, approximately 3 hours, at 0700 h and were paid $200 per week participant. All the participants completed 2 weeks of a diet consisting liquid breakfast, two and a fat-containing drink, to which was apphed a liquid meal (one egg sandwich, ham or chicken breast) to maintain weight, followed by 2 liquid meals 20% fat-containing drink. This liquid breakfast, snack meal and 2 liquid meals were ad libitum-allowed; all other dietary and nondietary visits were ad libitum, except for diet pills in the control subjects. Participants were asked to fast from 12:00 pm 07:00 am each day prior to the baseline scan.
